GOODIES from Chaosflo44: There are gifts!

Goodies are gifts of various kinds ... In any case, they are products that fans of Chaosflo44 are happy about.

When will I receive a goodie item?
As soon as your shopping cart contains items with a value of at least € 44.00, you can EITHER click on a GOODIE item WITH size selection in the shopping cart OR the GOODIE item WITHOUT size selection is automatically added to the shopping cart. There is always only one GOODIE item online.

How do I get a goodie item WITH size selection?
To do this, you must go to the shopping cart, then scroll all the way down until you see the GOODIE items. Please click on the GOODIE item with the desired size, then you can add the item to the shopping cart. The item will then be in your shopping cart with a price of Euro 0.00.

Please note:

You can only click on 1 goodie item per order.
If you see that the free item is no longer available when you complete your order, please select another item.
If there is already another free item in your shopping cart, you can choose it - but only 1 free item per order is possible.

Can I choose a specific goodie item?
No, for technical production reasons it is unfortunately not possible to choose a specific goodie (e.g. T-shirt or hoodie, etc.). A goodie item will be added depending on availability.

Can I exchange a goodie?
Unfortunately not, goodies cannot be exchanged or returned.

I have forgotten to click on the GOODIE item in the shopping cart ... what can I do?
Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is not possible for us to add "forgotten" goodies to an order at a later date. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

Do I have to send the goodie item back if I return goods?
The goodie item is a thank you for the purchase of Chaosflo44 items with a value of EUR 44.00 or more. If this value is not reached by returning items (including individual items), then there is no longer any entitlement to the goodie item and it must be returned together with the returned goods. However, please always check with our returns department in individual cases.

How long does this promotion run for?
The goodie promotion runs for an indefinite period and can be ended at any time without prior notice.
